Red pandas are the cutest things I have ever seen. They are very shy, and chances are they'll be hard to spot if your local zoo has a habitat for them.
Red pandas fall under the vulnerable status, which is very close to endangered. They live in the Himalayas and some parts of China, roaming through trees found throughout their natural habitat. They eat mostly bamboo, but can also eat a few other things, such as berries and small mammals. Despite their name, they are actually related more to raccoon.
